California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

This page provides information for California residents about their rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and explains how to exercise those rights regarding the personal information we collect.

Your Rights Under the CPRA
As a California resident, you have the following rights concerning your personal information:
- The Right to Know: You can request details about the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- The Right to Delete: You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- The Right to Correct: You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- The Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information. Under the CPRA, “sharing” is defined to include the disclosure of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., targeted ads).
- The Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): You can direct us to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to only that which is necessary to perform the services you expect.
- The Right to No Retaliation: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CPRA rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights
1. How to Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
You can exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data in two ways:

B. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If you use a browser or browser extension that supports GPC, your opt-out preference will be automatically recognized. To learn more about GPC, please visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
2. How to Submit Requests to Know, Delete, or Correct
To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, please contact us through one of the following methods. We will need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Please provide enough information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
